We are searching for an Educational Leader/Early Childhood Teacher to join our 2-year-old purpose-built early learning service.

The centre is purpose-built, and the learning environment is thoughtfully designed to appeal to children's curious nature. Their holistic approach to curriculum and nutritionally developed seasonal menus ensure that children are nourished and inspired to reach their full learning potential.
This role will see you work in the preschool room as part of the team but will spend much of the time in the Ed leader role. There is an opportunity to cover the centre director when she is unavailable.
Leadership skills must be strong, and training in Montessori education preferable. We will teach you the Montessori way if you are still growing your skills in this pedagogy.
About you
Hold a degree or Master's qualification in ECE and be NESA registered.
Proven experience in a long daycare or other early childhood settings;
Leadership experience
Deep knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices
Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge
Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework, the Early Years Learning Framework and QIP
Current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Current Working with Children's Check.
