Ripple Physio & Pilates is a boutique Women's Health Physiotherapy, Massage and Pilates studio that focuses on delivering exceptional client care in a supportive and caring environment. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist to join our team, preference given to musculoskeletal and Pilates experience. At Ripple we educate and empower women throughout all ages and stages of their lives. Through young adulthood, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, pre/post surgery. We teach women how their bodies function, how to overcome injury and prevent injury, how to rest and recover, how to return to exercise post partum or with a pelvic organ prolapse. We teach women to feel empowered within their bodies, to gain confidence in their movements, we teach what is normal and what are the things women should not have to accept as normal. We have secondary rooms at Rouse Hill, Rouse Hill Women’s Health Physio. Here we work within a multidisciplinary team with GP's and specialist.
**Requirements**:
At Ripple your Key Responsibilities would be:
- Providing high-quality assessments, treatments and management for a range of women's health conditions including but not limited to pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre/post-natal care, Musculoskeletal presentations and Pilates sessions (Group Mat, Pilates Equipment 1:1 & 1:2).
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans for individual clients.
- Providing education and support to clients to improve their understanding of their conditions and improve their quality of life.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.
- Mentoring junior staff when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Women's Health Physiotherapist in private practice +/- Musculoskeletal and Pilates experience.
- Experience & proven capability in pelvic &/or women’s health
- AHPRA registration & current professional indemnity insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Experience in Pilates or a willingness to learn is desirable.
- Demonstrated commitment to the patient outcome, must have a patient-centred approach
- Working with Children and First Aid Certificate
- SIRA approved
