**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in a related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement concepts and ideas establishing organisational / reporting frameworks to support strategic directions.
- Demonstrated experience in analysing stakeholder requirements and identifying business improvements.
