**Your new role**
Currently there is an exciting opportunity for a technician to join the Equipment Service team based here in Canberra. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will be responsible for all mechanical work relating to repair, maintenance and servicing of turf plant equipment within the ACT region.

Intrinsic Responsibilities
- Cylinder sharpening and Cutting unit setup.
- Following OEM guidelines to effectively build new equipment fit for customer use.
- Coordinating and performing various mechanical work involved in the repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment.
- Establishing professional working relationships with customers.
- Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills
- Experience in maintaining hydraulic, electric and mobile plant equipment and a strong base of diagnostic skills is essential
- Proven experience or understanding of turf or turf machinery maintenance will be highly regarded.
- Excellent self-organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Hardworking and dedicated attitude
