This is your opportunity to join carsales as a Technical Support Officer in the Dealer Services Team on a six-month contract. The Dealer Services Team is responsible for providing support to the wider carsales dealer network. You will also work with the Data Integrity team who is responsible for providing additional technical support to ensure the integrity of all data that flows in and out of carsales internal systems.

**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Provide inbound and outbound, user and technical support to the carsales dealer network. This includes over the phone and via the Zendesk customer service software platform.
- Support and assist with the accuracy of data feeds in and out of a wide range of carsales systems.
- Assist with the onboarding of new customers, ensuring data accuracy as part of any integrations.
- Collaborate with internal staff in both sales and technology, for onboarding and incident resolution.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

- Experience working in a customer service and/or technical support role. Prior experience with customer service ticketing systems is preferred.
- A tech enthusiast, you enjoy investigating and solving complex problems and immerse yourself in all thing’s tech, keeping up to date with the latest trends.
