**About the Team**

Join the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team based in Melbourne. ILS works as part of the Engineering Department to deliver the best products and services to our customers from logistics analysis through to instructional design and delivery.

**About the Role**
- The Technical Support Officer (TSO) reports to the Integrated Logistic Support Manager (ILSM) as part of the Engineering and ILS teams. The TSO role is to support the development and delivery of ILS outputs. The Technical Support Officer can expect to be supporting resources and interfacing with Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, other Rheinmetall business functions and the Customer in order to deliver ILS products in line with the project schedule and budget as required by the Integrated Logistic Support Manager (ILSM)

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Minimum of a trade or tertiary level qualification in a maintenance engineering environment
- Defence equipment Maintenance experience would be a plus
- Experience in equipment maintenance with a mechanical or electrical focus
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Stakeholder relationship management skills
- Well organised and able to adjust to changing requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem solving and attention to details
- Ability to travel international and interstate, when required.
- Proficient in MS Office (Sharepoint, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
