**About the role**:
Reporting to the Head of Volunteer Services, you’ll work within the Mission in Action of HammondCare and have responsibility to lead and support the delivery of volunteer services for the Community Visitor Scheme agreement. Duties include:

- Build strong relationships with Community Visitor Scheme state Network Manager
- Align and develop new volunteer initiatives as outlined by HammondCare strategies or plans.
- Develop reporting cycle and ensure KPI under CVS requirements are met to fulfil and acquit grant funding.
- Lead and drive effective engagement and management of Volunteer teams
- Promote HammondCare's valued Volunteer service

**The role is offered on a permanent basis working three days per week (can spread hours over four days if desired) and is based at St Leonards.**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Demonstrated experience with the development and review of volunteer management procedures and processes
- Demonstrate ability to lead and guide volunteer teams
- Able to drive results and accurately report on volunteer data according to Performance Indicators
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to problem solve and remain flexible in changing environments
- Strong communicator, empathy and good conflict resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for working in Aged Care
