This is a successful financial planning and accounting firm. Within this business is a productive and active Partner who needs additional support within the administration and bookkeeping side of the business. The partner is down to earth, friendly, approachable and inspiring, as she has grown this practice significantly.

**Duties within this role**:

- Completion of the Director’s timesheet.
- Bookkeeping to include: Xero reconciliation, invoicing, billings, WIP management, debtor management, insurance renewals
- Creation and updating of templates and procedures.
- Co-ordination of training needs amongst the team
- Social media and website management
- Support of the accounting team
- Assist the Practice Manager with other tasks as required.
- PA of the Director to include purchasing gifts, filing and assisting with children’s school activities

**Personal Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and organised
- Down to earth and approachable - willing to operate in a board role from the ground up, where no two days are the same
- Must be flexible, hands-on and easygoing
- Have excellent attention to detail and highly organised
- You will have experience as a personal assistant - ideally within an Accounting, legal or professional services environment
