**About Our Client**:
An Australian-based mineral resources company which is developing an industrial minerals business, with salt and potash as its initial focus that are committed to establishing a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
- Undertake all document control activities in accordance with accepted company processes and required deadlines.
- Be accountable for all project related transmittal's, requests, and the distribution of documents internally and externally to ensure strict compliance with the approved distribution matrix and document management procedures.
- Ensure that there is effective and timely registration, maintenance, and distribution of all documentation relating to project delivery or business.
- Manage and distribute documents on the Project's or company's behalf as and when required.
- Assist the Lead Document Controller to improve on the document management plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- Be the technical go to person for all matters relating to the company's EDMS, InEight Document.
- Preparation and distribution of all Document Control related reports as and when required.
**The Successful Applicant**:
You will have confident and clear written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organisation skills with the ability to appropriately multi task, high level attention to detail with the ability to successfully meet deadlines, be a proactive and adaptable team member and contribute to a positive yet complex team environment.
