**About Our Client**:
You will be working for a global Mining Company who has established a significant position in rare earth elements. As the world moves towards a smarter, safer and sustainable future, their high-quality products are increasing in demand
This role involves robust participation and interaction with Study Managers, Project Managers, Lead Package Engineers, Contracts and Procurement team, Service Providers, Vendors and Stakeholders in order to;* Properly control Company and project related documentation.
- Follow and improve document control procedures applied to all project phases.* Ensure incoming and outgoing documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.* Maintain efficient information management through systematic sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of the company* Attend and conduct regular information management reviews with stakeholders and document audits* Timely release of shared documents to project stakeholders to support and facilitate project targets and completion and maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
