**About the role**

Enhance Family Day Care and In Home Care have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Project Officer to lead and drive continuous improvement in our Family Day Care and In Home Care services.

Reporting to the General Manager Children Services, the role will support monitoring and continuous improvement in compliance and quality systems across all our 12 FDC service approvals and 1 IHC approval to ensure systems are continually monitored for compliance against the governing legislations and regulations. This is initially a full time 6 month contract with a possibility to extend.

We are looking for someone to take ownership over the following;
- Ongoing review and development of all our Early Childhood policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance
- Support monitoring and continuous improvement in our compliance and quality systems across Enhance.
- Conduct audits and knowledge checks to determine the success of our quality systems against the governing legislations and regulations.
- Drive Enhances self-assessment processes to support compliance with relevant Law and Regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative, technical and other support as required to ensure ongoing quality improvement in Enhances delivery of exceptional home based education and care.

**About You**

To be considered for this position you will need to have;
- Relevant qualification in Early Education, Community Services or similar field with relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of the operational requirements of the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- A strong ethic of working in support of Nominated Supervisors and Coordinators and Educators as they undertake their legal requirements under relevant Law and Regulations.
