**The Role**
As the Quality, Safety and Compliance Officer in Brisbane, you will report into the Q&S Manager and will be responsible for reviewing and processing safety incidences in Air Maestro. In addition, you will ensure that maintenance of critical equipment (breath testers, electrical testing and fire extinguishers etc.) has been completed and will act as the Senior DAMP (Drugs, Alcohol, Management Program) testing officer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver quality and safety training to staff
- Conduct internal audits
- Ensure reports are in line with CASA incident reporting requirements
**Key Criteria**
- Recognised tertiary qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in aviation safety & HSSE practices
- Auditing qualifications and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and written skills
- Team player
- Ability to adapt to adapt to a changing environment
