About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the growing team on a Permanent, Full Time basis.

Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients see when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.

**Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

- Performing branch administration tasks including banking, accounts payable, expenses & ordering.
- Answering & directing phone calls
- Championing branch social media channels to promote Elders products & events to our client’s & wider community.
- Providing support in all areas of the sales process including retail, livestock, real estate & wool, along with assisting running the office
- Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brand across all advertising channels
- Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities including finance & insurance products.
- Processing counter sales & assisting with pricing & product queries.

About you

To succeed at Elders, you:

- Demonstrated experience working in admin and / or reception roles
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
- Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
- Adaptability and flexibility to a changing work environments and requirements
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Understand agriculture seasons (preferred but not essential)
- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
