**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and educational materials in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Assess learners' progress and competency through various assessment methods, ensuring compliance with assessment guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to learners to facilitate their learning journey and achievement of learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of training and assessment activities, including learner progress and results.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
- Relevant industry experience and expertise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training delivery to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to upholding quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Cert IV in Building and Construction, Cert III in Carpentry, Cert III in Cabinet Making, Diploma of Building and Construction, Diploma of Community Services, Advance Diploma of IT all qualifications welcome to Apply

**Salary**: $31.07 - $75.13 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
