Supreme Hospitality Services seeks a talented and experienced individual to join our Victoria team as a General Manager/Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Strategic Planning and Execution: The GM is responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans to meet the company's business objectives. They set the company’s overall strategic direction, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments as necessary.
- Operations Management: The GM oversees the entire housekeeping operations, ensuring the services provided meet the highest standards. This includes monitoring quality control, reviewing and updating processes, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Client Relations: A GM handles relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns. They may also be involved in contract negotiations and renewals.
- Financial Management: The GM oversees the financial performance of the company. This includes budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Human Resources Management: The GM oversees hiring, training, and development of staff, and ensures that the company adheres to labor laws and regulations. They may also be involved in creating and maintaining a positive company culture.
- Business Development: A GM may be involved in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including marketing efforts and sales strategies.
- Risk Management: The GM should ensure the company adheres to health and safety regulations, and manage any risks that could impact the company, its employees, or its clients.
- Reporting and Communication: The GM regularly reports to the board of directors or company owners about the company's performance. They may also represent the company in public or industry events.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: The GM is expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements. They might lead initiatives to implement new technologies or processes to improve the company's services or efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills

What we are looking for:

- A dynamic, level-headed & hands on leader who will guide their team to hospitality service excellence
- Someone with extensive Strata Management & Trust Accounting oversite
- Experience with RMS or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly Body Corporates
- Excellent written & verbal communicative skills
- Knowledge & experience with Sales & Marketing preferable
- A mature, collaborative approach & attention to the small things that make a difference is what makes you stand out above the rest
- Confidence in your capability to effectively resolve difficult situations & implement solutions that improve the service levels & financial results of the business
- Comprehension of the key metrics that impact & grow hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top line revenue & motivating your team to do the same
- Previous experience in the same or similar role is highly regarded
