General Manager/ Buisness Development Manager

Supreme Hospitality Services seeks a talented and experienced individual to join our Victoria team as a General Manager/Business Development Manager.
As General Manager you will be responsible to oversea the entire Housekeeping operations, ensuring the services provided meet the highest standards.
As a Business Development Manager at Supreme Hospitality Services, you will identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
**Requirements**:
At least five years of experience in business development or sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Budgeting, financial planning and monitoring financial performance. Oversea Hiring of staff, training ensuring company adheres to labour laws and regulations. Ensure Health and safety regulations are meet at all times.
What we are looking for:
- A dynamic, level-headed & hands on leader who will guide their team to hospitality service excellence
- Someone with extensive Strata Management & Trust Accounting oversite
- Experience with RMS or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to build & maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, particularly Body Corporates
- Excellent written & verbal communicative skills
- Knowledge & experience with Sales & Marketing preferable
- A mature, collaborative approach & attention to the small things that make a difference is what makes you stand out above the rest
- Confidence in your capability to effectively resolve difficult situations & implement solutions that improve the service levels & financial results of the business
- Comprehension of the key metrics that impact & grow hospitality businesses, using this knowledge to drive top line revenue & motivating your team to do the same
- Previous experience in the same or similar role is highly regarded
