**About the Company**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join a NSW Government organisation located in Pennant Hills.

**About the Role**

Answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting visitors and clients who may attend the CSC from time to time. For this task they must be polite and able to treat all visitors to the office respectfully.
- making up files, retrieving/replacing files in the compactus, noting the filing database about a file’s location. Filing financial information and flex sheets.
- Photocopying records and files for subpoenas and collating documents for court.
- Assist with stores ordering.
- Process invoices for payment through OneSAP/IMS which includes scanning payment documentation and sending to Invoice Management for payment.
- General office machinery tasks such as changing toner cartridges in the printers, loading printers with paper.
- Motor vehicle tasks including arranging for motor vehicle servicing, delivering motor vehicles for service, arranging for cleaning of motor vehicles.
- General administrative tasks as requested

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Australian Driver's License
