The Opportunity Through your passion for sport, entertainment, and partnerships you will contribute to creating effective and award-winning integrated campaigns that are impactful and distinctive and drive results for our clients. Your role will bring a blend of account management and project management, supporting the team in bringing together our multidisciplinary specialims across PR & communications, creative and production to deliver best in class integrated work for our clients. A snapshot of what you'll do - Be a key day to day contact for our clients - understanding their business, challenges and managing their activity from start to finish - Actively and intelligently contributes to creative ideation and fresh thinking that challenges the status quo - Collaborates with the rest of the agency to help develop and execute first-class integrated campaigns, leveraging all disciplines - Partnerships, activations, content, digital, Social and PR and communications where applicable. - Collaborates with the broader M&C Saatchi group where applicable to deliver on integrated clients and campaigns - Actively seeks to participate and succeed in agency conducted training and educational opportunities - (particularly to fill skill-gaps/upskill) - Develops a strong, trusted and respectful relationship with all existing and new Sport & Entertainment clients (Junior to mid Client) - Shows an active interest in clients brand positioning and areas for opportunity - Assists in the management of rights holders relationships alongside our clients. Working to deliver great client outcomes - Assists with development for well-thought through briefs (creative, design and suppliers) - Plus, much more our Talent Team will share the full job description in the interview stage Skill & Attributes: - Passionate, creative and resourceful - Great negotiating and problem-solving skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Great time management skills Your ideal experience: - Previous experience in Account Management or Sponsorship within Agency or brand for a period of three years - Business/Marketing/Technical degree/diploma or equivalent - Worked in multi-disciplinary team environments - Experience and examples of managing campaigns and projects autonomously - Understanding of sponsorships, activations, social & content marketing - Understanding of agency structure, creative process and roles of key stakeholders on every brief - Understanding of (willing to learn): - Experiential methods - Presentation skills - Customers and customer experience - New types of workflows, budgeting and timelines - New technologies and marketing concepts What WE value MOST - Walk in different worlds - Make Uncommon Sense - Run Towards the Fire (except if there is an actual fire when we run away from it) - Roll as one - Be excellent to each other Best Bits About Working With Us Our big benefits fuel our big ambitions.
