Geelong West, Australia 4gr Customised Employment Specialists Full time

The role of Employment Support Barwon, provides support for our participants in both Work Simulation sessions and Work Integrated Learning opportunities (on the job), to achieve their employment goals.

This role will suit a person who has flexibility within their schedule, studying in a relevant field and thrives on variety in their workplace.

You will be able to think outside the box and communicate with a range of key stakeholders both internal and external.

Hours - up to 20 hours per week.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, resourceful with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work with adaptability and maturity.
- Availability across the working week Monday - Friday
- Current drivers licence is preferred but not essential
- Covid-19 fully vaccinated (booster shot required) or hold an approved medical exemption.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) is to be obtained at your own expense. Due to NDIS requirements we are unable to employ for this role without an NDISWC. We therefore strongly encourage applicants to commence the NDISWC prior to interviews, as clearance can take up to 4 weeks.
