**Our Opportunity**

Due to internal progression we have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Representative** to join the team. This position is a full-time permanent role, based in Narellan NSW. Reporting to the Customer Support Centre Manager, you will be the first point of contact for for all internal customer inquiries. Duties will include:

- Providing support for all intercompany queries, orders, logistics and all other aftermarket export orders.
- Prioritising jobs and ensuring effective communications at all times.
- Attend customer service calls and queries within required SLA time frames.
- Work within a team environment to ensure all customers have weekly expedite updates.
- Communication between internal departments and stakeholders.

**The Right Person**

Ideally you will have some experience in a customer-focused position requiring problem solving and strong stakeholder management skills. You will be able to demonstrate:

- Previous experience at a call centre, sales or customer-focused position.
- Confident speaking over the phone and providing advice and support to internal customers.
- Take initiate with daily tasks and be able to work autonomously.
- Sociable and an engaging personality.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
