The Role

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, building trusted relationships, and promoting innovative ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets by delivering value-driven solutions that support patient outcomes and align with the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with medical professionals in your territory
  • Present and detail ophthalmic products effectively, demonstrating strong product knowledge and clinical benefits
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
  • Provide product training and educational support to healthcare providers
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and clinical advancements in ophthalmology
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs teams to align strategies and share market insights
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and company policies
  • Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback
Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Representative (medical or pharmaceutical field highly regarded)
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
