Thomastown, Australia Master Clean Full time

You are required to perform the following duties:

- Liaise with the operations team daily regarding client requests and assist in the planning of future work to be assigned on new sites.
- Ensure all assigned duties are carried out by cleaning staff, and that resources are efficiently utilised.
- Ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are adhered to by the cleaning staff.
- Act as a communication conduit between clients and staff.
- Maintain and control use of stock, equipment & consumables.
- Source and induct cleaning staff for sites as required.
- Monitor and report absenteeism to the Director of Operations.
- Where required, gather and provide information on a daily, monthly and annual basis,

including schedules, staff working hours, site requirements, consumable usage etc.
- Work with members of other teams/departments & vendors as required.
- Ensure cleaning standards are met as per SOP and maintained in all facilities, and report shortcomings/faults to the operations team.
- Ability to perform inspections of work conducted using our cloud-based management software (training will be provided).
- Attend site tours and perform site inductions.
- Ability to visit multiple sites across Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
- Monitor standards and compliance of work performed by outsourced contractors.
- Monitor and assist in planning for periodical work requirements.
- Availability to attend site calls and ad-hoc works.

We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training, and experience.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
