Due to continual growth, a new position has arisen within this tech solutions business that delivers innovative solutions to streamline the customer journey.

The role will be a fairly even mix of managing government accounts and leveraging new business from them whilst following leads and prospecting for new Accounts.

**Responsibilities**:
Liaising with customers to define their goals, objectives and KPIs, and translate these into deliverables

Promote products to potential customers, ensuring these are tailored to the key decision-makers and address key business concerns

Manage customer relationships, maximising opportunities whilst maintaining a consistent awareness of a customer’s brand direction and current activity

Work closely with colleagues and other key stakeholders to ensure customer implementations are delivered on time and according to scope

Ensure the renewal of customer accounts and support contracts

Act as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams

Min 5 year experience in technology solutions sales (ideally some government experience) coupled with a Tertiary qualification

Expert knowledge of the principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services

Experience managing key client accounts and forecasting revenues

dept at meeting customer needs and quality standards for services, and evaluating customer satisfaction

Ability to evaluate client goals and execute these into actions

Capability to solve complex problems effectively and proactively

Reporting and analysis skills

$120K + super + Commission (220K realistic OTE uncapped)
