Based out of our Head Office in Boronia Vic, you will be performing all aspects of clerical duties to help the office run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is full-time 5 days a week, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Debt management and debt collecting.
- Filing and general administrative duties.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
- Filing various documents and maintaining databases.
- Updating spreadsheets and other data entry tasks.
- Creating invoices and billing customers.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Bank reconciliation and payroll assistance when required.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Administrative experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- High-level computer skills.
- Proactive, organised, and positive attitude.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
