We are looking for passionate and energetic people to join our team at Boronia Heights OSHClub. Offering 12:00 Hours Per Week, you will work across Before and After School Care shifts.
Before School Care (Rise then Shine Program) - Monday & Wednesday; 06:45 AM - 09:00 AM After School Care (Stay and Play Program) - Thursday & Friday; 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management.
Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
