Your contribution (key responsibilities and accountabilities)To be successful in this role you will:

- Lead TIQ's social media engagement function including channel strategy development, content creation, amplification and digital communication campaigns for strategic initiatives at TIQ.
- Identify and create digital communication and marketing content aligned with TIQ's business plans and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging and strategically relevant content not limited to photography, videography, multimedia and social media.
- Lead the design and delivery of social media digital marketing and communication campaigns, including conceptualising and preparing messaging and materials across various platforms.
- Develop amplification strategies designed to grow TIQ's reach and engagement across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with TIQ international and regional offices to gather content opportunities and facilitate promotion of TIQ success stories and initiatives.
- Develop TIQ's social media policy and associated guidelines and communication resources.
- Research, identify and provide expert advice to senior management on the types of communication and marketing content that will engage our audiences from a global perspective.
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders and clients to support and enhance the reputation of a strong TIQ brand, using communication to showcase Queensland investment and trade opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of clear, consistent, innovative and contemporary marketing and digital communications that position Queensland and the agency for global success.
- Possess excellent written skills and the ability to write across a wide range of formats, including speeches, media releases, presentations, and industry case studies.
- Develop and maintain ongoing constructive relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders and executive leadership, demonstrating our core values, celebrating success, and committing to continued learning and development.
