The youth justice services workforce is central to achieving improved outcomes for Queensland's young people and communities. Working closely with the Manager Workforce, the Principal Program Officer Workforce will lead projects and initiatives that support effective and efficient youth justice service delivery that works for young people, families, communities and the workforce.
The Principal Program Officer will support the Manager in ensuring workforce projects and initiatives are delivered on time and to high standard and developed and delivered in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including First Nations peoples.
The Principal Program Officer will engage with internal and external stakeholders and deliver process and outputs that meet Youth Justice workforce projects and initiatives aims and expected outcomes.
