**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a **Member Insights Specialist - Data and Analytics**, you’ll provide data and analytics to uplift business growth and support the business unit to deliver evidence-based member insights.

You'll engage with team members and stakeholders on their business and customer issues,
enable effective decision making.

Day to day, you'll:

- Deliver data mining and analysis of customer data, data modelling and data
visualisation tools, intuitive dashboards, and self-serve information tools.
- Proactively explore data analysis seeking opportunities and early identification of
problem and opportunity areas.
- Perform data studies and data discovery around new data sources or new uses for existing data sources, both structured and unstructured.
- Support the team with generating memberships lists that meet a certain criterion and have been adequately assessed against data management guidelines and data framework.

**About you**
- You have technical proficiency and experience working with SQL Server and other
industry Business Intelligence tools and methods.
- Proven ability to consult widely, build strong relationships and present to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
