**The Role**

In this new and exciting role as the Client Insights Specialist, you will improve Client Experience through developing and managing the Voice of the Client (VOC) Program for four service streams. Understanding our clients beyond clinical needs will be key to our growth, the role will develop a segmentation strategy to ensure we understand who our audience is, what they need and how we best serve them.

Some of the duties of this role will include...
- Design and maintain consumer insight architectures, definitions, dictionaries, and models using best available evidence and best practice principles for data management.
- Design new programs to obtain insights that accurately reflect client feedback across Anglicare.
- Influence strategic and operational decision making using deep consumer insights that reflect the Anglicare community.
- Develop programs to obtain real time qualitative and quantitative feedback with the goal of developing a client insights dashboard.
- Assist with design and implementation of technology to assist in developing an always on VOC.
- Develop Board reports and any additional reporting required for leadership.
- Undertake market research to further understand the market we operate and our audience.
- Conduct focus groups with clients to develop qualitative data.
- Perform segmentation analysis on our current and future audience. Identifying opportunities of growth for our services.

**About you**
- Degree in Marketing, Business or psychology or equivalent experience working in the field.
- Analytical skills and ability to understand data and research.
- Experience of interpreting data into clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Ability to build organisational capacity and culture towards client centricity.
- A positive, hardworking attitude with a good ability to build relationships.
- Growth mentality.
