**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements
- Lead technical design activities and contribute to project planning
- Design scalable, efficient, and reusable components
- Handle coding, testing, remediation, and documentation to ensure optimal system performance and compliance
- Provide development and implementation advice, share technical knowledge and coach team members

**Required Experience and Industry knowledge**:

- In depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online functionality
- Proficiency with ShareGate and other migration tools
- Skilled with PowerShell Scripting
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to liaise and negotiate with various individuals
