- 256301Our Federal Government Client is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join their team.

This is a long-term contract with an initial duration of 12 months and the potential for two 12-month extensions. The role is located in the Canberra, with flexible working arrangements available.
- Analyze, plan, implement, and maintain custom SharePoint Online solutions, workflows, and integrations.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute SharePoint adoption strategies.
- Train users on the functionality of SharePoint Online and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and make recommendations for new solutions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- 2+ years of experience as a SharePoint administrator, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly organized and proactive individual with the ability to determine priorities and communicate objectives to the broader team.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and integrations is desirable.
- Experience with/understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is desirable.
