We are in search of a centre director for a medium size service that is incredibly supportive towards you as the centre director as well as the overall team. The service is doing well with occupancy as well as with staff ratio. The lucky centre director will get to work collaboratively with the well respected operations manager, who is friendly and supportive. Attend meeting and training days with the other centre managers to share ideas and for the opportunity to have fun during the get-togethers That’s what the organisation is about, ’team culture’

For your dedicated efforts, you will be rewarded with a generous salary and a monthly RDO, along with other incentives This is a full time role located in the near Preston area.

**Skills and Experience**
- **MUST **have worked in an early childhood service or preschool within Australia.
- Experience as a centre manager
- Or, a minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Director.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team
- Ability to assist with mentoring the kindergarten and below 3's program
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
- A professional and empathetic approach toward families
- Ability to work collaboratively with co-educators

**Qualifications and**
**Certifications**
- Bachelor of Early Childhood / Diploma of Children Services or equivalent qualification -** MUST** be approved by ACECQA
- Current First aid
- Current Anaphylaxis
- Current Asthma qualifications
- Current VIT / WWCC
- Full working rights in Australia
