Large Format Print Operator

Digital Central is one of Australia's leading Large Format and Digital Printer Operators with offices around Australia.

This role is to work within our Silverwater print hub.

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a print operator to help our with our Large Format Team and as a backup for our Digital Press Team.

You would be responsible for taking on our Large Format 1.6m and 3.2m printers, printing direct to vinyl and banner media, and operating our UV laminator.

Attention to detail is key, every minor detail matters including colour consistency, quality of print and finishing processes.

Working in conjunction with our brochure printing product team producing leaflets, booklets, flyers etc.

Working in a fast paced, team oriented environment you must be a team player, willing to get lean and just get the job done.
- Prior experience in Roll to roll, or flatbed printers (solvent, UV latex etc)
- Prior experience with different RIP software.
- Experience with UV or film laminator a bonus
- Team player with willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to operate as part of a team and as a stand alone operator.
- Prior experience with a Digital Presses, such as a Konica Minolta highly regarded (but not necessary).
- Paper print finishing experience on equipment such as guillotines, cello glazing machines, folders, Duplo finishers etc highly regarded (but not necessary).
- **Please note that whilst experience in large format printing is NOT required, it is highly regarded, we will train the right applicant in all skills required.**_

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
