Our client in Silverwater, NSW is seeking motivated **Log Stacker / Reel Hands** to join their growing team This is a **full-time**position with excellent opportunities for permanent employment after 12 weeks.

**Location**: Silverwater, NSW

**Hourly Rate**: $29.33 per hr for day rate

**Shift Pattern**:

- Day Shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday-Friday

**Your Day-to-Day Impact**:

- **Keep production flowing**: Prepare logs, handle materials, and ensure presses run smoothly.
- **Train on-the-job**: Learn printing plate handling, quality checks, and inventory systems.
- **Be the backbone**: Maintain a clean, organized workspace that keeps operations efficient.
- **Manufacturing process**: Repetitive yet detail-oriented work with a focus on forward planning—anticipating upcoming jobs and preparing during the ‘make ready’ phase.
- **Tech & machinery**: Work with computers and machinery to meet quality standards and client expectations.

**This Role Is Perfect For You If**:

- You enjoy active work (lifting up to 25kg, being on your feet).
- You take pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
- You’re reliable, communicative, and follow instructions well.
- You have (or want to get) a forklift license.
- You have reliable transport (early starts, limited public transport).

**Work Environment**:

- Fast-paced factory setting with machine noise (hearing protection provided).
- Dusty conditions (PPE including masks available).
- Minor chemical smells from printing materials (non-hazardous, ventilated area).
