Central Cleaning Supplies (CCS) is one of the Australia’s largest distributors of Cleaning Materials, Chemicals, Hygiene Solutions and Equipment.

**About the Role**:
CCS Australia looking for a star all-rounder Accounts Officer, EA who can Assist to CFO in the various tasks, you will be working very closely with the company CFO and complementing our existing team to ensure administrative support is upheld across the department

**Key responsibilities**:
Conducts account Receivable / payable details analysis, identified outstanding issues with debtor’s /Payable ledger and resolve the issues as per company policy and directions.
Prepare and reconcile various customer / supplier’s rebates reports
Reconcile and allocate credit card expenses
Reconcile and allocate fuel card expenses
Reconcile and allocate expenses of Cash Reconciliation accounts
Check, Identified and rectified over charges for weekly freight invoices and other invoices
Allocate and reconcile staff expenses
Process and reconcile monthly Accruals
Reconcile GL clearing account and resolve variance
Provide administrative support to the CFO.
Perform independent research, create and summarize special projects assigned by CFO.
Other ad-hoc administration tasks as requested by CFO.
Excellent Communication Skills to interact with all levels of company personnel and numerous people in a professional manner.

**To be considered for this role**:
Required 4-6 years of experience in accounting and secretarial work.
Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Assistant to CFO/Executive
An extremely high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and manage your workload under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional presentation.
Experience in Nexus and Crystal Report is advantages but not essential.
