**TRS Resourcing is on the lookout for Internal Sales Officers for our client in Banksmeadow, NSW, 2019. The role is Permanent Full-Time with a salary of $65,000 + Super & Bonus.**

**About the role**:
Our Client's Sales Team is responsible for ensuring that customers and retailers receive extraordinary service when dealing with them regarding all their requirements.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Create purchase orders for retail sales customers
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone enquiries in a timely manner
- Take ownership of your work by fully investigating and following up complex enquiries regarding stock/current orders/ETAs/forward orders/backorders
- Assist with SDA enquiries as directed
- Process cash sales
- Assist with stock take when required
- Work towards targets and budgets
- Attend trade nights, trade shows, training sessions and sale events
- Assist with showroom enquires/sales and demonstrations
- Liaise with state agencies where required on sales related enquiries
- Follow up aged orders, outstanding payments and work with warehouse team to escalate delivery issues
- Advise customers of technical specifications of products and technical drawings
- Assist with Ecommerce order fulfilment as required
- Assist with multiple mailbox channel queries as required (e.g. Retail/Agency/Ecommerce)
- Assist with work handover/planning where possible during longer periods of leave
- Maintain and follow up all EDI orders

**Requirements**:

- Ability to go above and beyond what is expected by our customers and retailers
- Passionate about sales and reaching our targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a sales and inbound call centre environment
- Ability to calmly deal with competing priorities
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment
- Previous experience with AS400, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, as well as an Agency/Portal framework
- Full understanding of the Smeg Australia sales processes
- Willingness to be part of our secret ingredient and adhere to our company values
