- AT4: $108,543 - $114,770 excluding 10.5% super

**The opportunity**

As our Risk Management Coordinator, you will support the management of the strategic and operational risk position across the organisation. You will ensure that our risk appetite, risk management policy and framework including strategic and operational risks are managed effectively. You will ensure strong corporate governance exists through the maintenance of risk registers, risk reporting, active risk discussions, and engagement across all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Risk management - develop and implement the business’ risk management framework and program
- Risk management - facilitate and support risk reviews across business groups including discussions on risk exposures, including operational and strategic risks
- Risk reporting - identify and implement continuous improvement activities relevant to risk activities and reporting
- Risk management system - provide support to maintain the strategic and operational risk registers in the risk management system.
- Be an ambassador and advocate of the benefits of the risk function

**Skills & Experience**
To excel in this role, you will have a deep understanding of risk management principles, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a keen interest in promoting a positive risk culture.

**In addition you will have**:

- experience in risk management, proficient at assessing risk, reviewing processes, identifying controls and risk mitigation activities
- high level of written and verbal communication skills
- strong stakeholder relationship building skills at all levels to build trusted relationships
- an appreciation for risk management and management systems and the way in which they support success
