SugarCRM Cleanse Specialist

Location: New South Wales (NSW)
Duration: 2-4 weeks contract, immediate start

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**Data Management and Data Integrity**:
Develop and implement robust processes for maintaining clean data upon entry and exit from the CRM system.

**Customer Engagement and Renewals Engagement Strategy**:
Enhance CRM functionalities to optimize customer engagement strategies.
Implement systems to proactively identify and manage upcoming renewals as well as at-risk clients.

**Geographical Segmentation and Geographical Targeting**:
Segment schools into state-specific clusters for tailored engagement strategies.

**Database Optimization and Database Restructuring**:
Establish a new, streamlined database structure to enhance overall data management.

**Enhanced Tracking Metrics Comprehensive Tracking**:
Introduce new touchpoints and metrics for in-depth monitoring of customer interactions.

**Monthly Reporting Performance Reporting**:
Design and implement a robust system for generating comprehensive monthly activity reports.

**Screen Access Management and Data Security Measures**:
Implement access controls to restrict specific screen sections, ensuring data security.

**Proactive Messaging and Alerts Engagement Enhancement**:
Implement systems for proactive messaging and alerts to optimize customer engagement.

**Klaviyo** Integration**:
Facilitate seamless CRM integration with Klaviyo for automatic updates to contact information, including managing unsubscribes, bounces, and more.

**Categorize Key Contacts**:
Create a systematic method for tagging essential contacts at each school, facilitating an easy way to only send communications to key contacts when needed.

**Project Deliverables**:
Data Cleaning and Database Restructuring: End of Week 1
CRM Customization and Touchpoint Integration: Week 2
Proactive Software Implementation: Week 2
Monthly School Updates and Outbound Prompts: Week 2

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sugar CRM specialist or similar role.
- Strong background in data management and CRM optimization.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo integration is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
