**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team. You’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring top-notch service, and maintaining our high standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily bar operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Train, mentor, and motivate bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and manage an innovative drinks menu that reflects our brand and appeals to our clientele.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as responsible service of alcohol.
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for members and guests, enhancing their overall experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in managing budgets, sales targets, and daily revenue reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
