Our bakery is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Head Barista/Supervisor. If you have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a knack for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the coffee bar section in our bakery, ensuring outstanding customer service and delivering high-quality beverages consistently
- Train and mentor barista staff, promoting their development and maintaining a productive and positive work environment
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the coffee bar
- Collaborate with bakery management to create seasonal beverage menus and promote new products to drive sales
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a head barista/ cafe supervisor, preferably in a management or leadership role in a specialty coffee venue.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and motivate the team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
