**ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE DEPARTMENT**:
- We are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to provide secretarial support to the Department of Paediatrics located in Heidelberg. The role will be responsible for undertaking a variety of high-level administration and organisational skills to support the day-to-day running of the Department.
- The Department of Paediatrics is an innovative and supportive environment, which provides comprehensive neonatal care for sick and premature infants. You will be working closely with and providing support to the Neonatal Medical Team, reporting to Clinical Director, Medical.
- Permanent Part-Time Job Share, 3 days per week (Wed - Fri) 45.6hrs per fortnight
- Department of Paediatrics
- Classification HS2, Level 1 initially.
- Provision of general administrative and high level secretarial support services to the Department
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Advanced computer and software skills
- Demonstrated experience assisting Medical Staff and providing Departmental support
- Workplace software experience
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, motivated
