**About the role**:
This is a unique opportunity for a personable and proactive Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service via phone and face to face and play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of our modern Adelaide CBD Head Office.

**You will enjoy a varied day including**:
Switchboard operation
Meeting and greeting visitors
Management, booking and set up of meeting rooms
Arranging catering and deliveries
General office administrative tasks
Support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Office

**About you**:
You enjoy being the go to person who wants to put their hand up to help and you have:
A proactive and solution-focused attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service skills
High attention to detail is imperative
Intermediate MS Office Skills
Previous experience in reception or customer/client facing role would be highly regarded
