**About the Role**

As a cluster manager you will be responsible for managing two locations in Sydney. You will be Hands -on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve successes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a driven manager with with strong background in fashion retail who enjoy managing a busy and fast paced environment
- High personal standard in providing superior customer service
- Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold visual merchandising standards.
- Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI’s and budgets
