**The role**

As the Head of Fleet, Govt, Rental & Corporate, you will be responsible for strategically establishing and developing the Financier segment of Enterprise Sales and contribute to the growth of our Financier division within Remarketing and Vehicle Solutions (RVS) and Retail Data Solutions (RDS).

Working closely with GM Enterprise Sales, the National Manager will strive to grow the company position within the Australian and New Zealand markets by establishing and leading sales prospecting activity and developing products and services nationally that grow current business and secure new business.

This role also takes charge of building annual business plans to meet or exceed growth expectations, and play a key part in ensuring that CAA delivers innovative and effective sales, remarketing and digital solutions to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop business opportunities within the Fleet, Government, Rental and Corporate segment
- Assist GM Enterprise Sales in the process of developing agreed budgets and establish revenue targets for the annual and long-term business plan
- Develop detailed business objectives for the portfolio on a monthly and annual basis, report on performance and submit quarterly and yearly plans that align to the achievement of volume and revenue expectations
- Collaborate with the Sales Team for synergies across customers, Site General Managers, Product and Marketing teams with strategic business objectives
- Design and implement strategies that increase growth across the defined portfolio and create opportunities for the broader business
- Continuously seek to improve internal processes and introduce automation to as many manual processes as possible

**Skills & Experience**:

- Well-rounded experience in Fleet and Government portfolios is essential
- Strategic thinker with an innovative mindset, and with a focus on methodical processes and initiatives to achieve the long-term objectives in the FGRC segment
- A thought leader with proven record of leading high performance teams
- Demonstrated experience driving processes and outcomes aligned to business objectives including budgets, sales plans and business activities
- Strong experience in working with the Executive Leadership Team Members and all parts of the business to introduce process efficiencies and drive growth
- Prior experience managing and leading a sales team
- Project management experience will be beneficial
- Strong business acumen, leadership, decision-making and time management skills
- Experience working across multiple sites will be advantageous
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
