We are seeking a passionate, highly capable, and results-driven State Manager to join our dynamic team in New South Wales.

As our State Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving profitability and growth across our multiple clinics (e.g. Aberdeen, Carnes Hill, Kiama, Maroubra, Rutherford, Sussex etc). You will play a pivotal role in guiding a team of exceptional office managers and collaborate with the Doctors & Co management team in supervising clinics across New South Wales.

You will be responsible to:

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve profit targets and exceed patient expectation
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, where every team member feels valued and supported in their professional development journey
- Review market trends and patient insights to inform decision making and optimise business operations for maximum profitability
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share
- Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
- Collaborate with the staff and doctors to manage clinic challenges and recognise achievements.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire and empower office managers to deliver exceptional performance in managing clinics
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic business decisions
- Prior State Manager experience of minimum 3-5 years
- Prior experience in the medical & health field is highly preferred
- A collaborative and solution orientated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships
- An advocate for safety, compassion and active listening in the workplace.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bankstown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
