**The Company**

Our Client is a global financial services firm specialising in Investment and Advisory services, and managing over $5bill in funds under management. The business is entering an exciting growth phase, highlighted by a recent company rebranding and beautifully renovated CBD office.

**The Job Opportunity**:
This role would suit a graduate with a human resources (HR) degree or perhaps a strong administrator looking to get into HR. You will be mentored by the Senior HR Manager's and support the team with a range of Human Resources procedures. You will be Accountable for the day-to-day delivery of core People Team administrative processes, assistance with the delivery of allocated projects, and day-to-day support of employees.

This is an
**HR support role** that would suit someone who is
**passionate about company culture and values, **with
**fantastic coordination skills and attention to detail.**

**Skills & experience required**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Previous administration experience gained in a corporate setting, with strong organisation skills. Human Resources (HR) or Recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage projects and working towards deadlines in a systematic and coordinated manner.
- Exceptional stakeholder skills and an approachable manner to confidently build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive attitude and ability to think outside the box
