**Description**:
About the role

Reporting to the Western Australia Workshop Foreman, the Workshop Administrator is responsible for administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the workshop department. Including, but not limited to; support and backup, logistics, data entry and consumables management.

Duties

Timesheet backup / Support workshop
Ordering parts - AP processing workshop
Supplier management and delivery logistics
Data entry - C works
Calibration management
Stock/consumables management
Regional workshop liaison
Registration / Licencing and Sales / Disposal
Weed / Seed and site qualification management
HVA Coordination

Skills & experience

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Business administration experience
Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize and complete multiple tasks in an efficient manner
Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member in a support role
