**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Oversee and coordinate the work of our amazing wait staff, ensuring top-notch service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns with a friendly approach.
- Assist in training and developing our team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor stock levels and help manage orders for supplies.
- Handle cash-ups and POS transactions.
- Contribute to the overall success of Maven through effective leadership and a customer-first mindset.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience as a Section waiter or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate our team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with booking systems and POS is a plus.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
