**6 Months(view to extend) | $650 PER DAY + SUPER | Parramatta /WFH**

**Role**:
The client are looking for 3 Program Coordinators to support the development and implementation of 3 different programs and initiatives with the business'

priorities.

**Programs**:

- Capital Programs with a focus on Contract Management
- 2 x Grants Programs with a focus on Scholarships and other grants programs

**Duties**:

- Undertake research and synthesise and analyse research findings to support the development of a Directorate program design methodology and the development of range of programs and initiatives across the Directorate.
- Work collaboratively with staff across the Directorate to implement initiatives and programs, including grants and targeted programs, to meet Directorate priorities.
- Undertake data analysis and prepare reports to inform the development, implementation and review of programs and initiatives.
- Assist with the operationalisation of policy to facilitate effective implementation.
- Undertake projects to support the achievement of Directorate priorities.
- Prepare quality evidence-based written reports, submissions and correspondence.
- Managing competing, and at times conflicting priorities, within agreed timeframes and to the required standard.
- Working collaboratively across a range of areas to ensure effective program development and implementation.
- Proven experience working in program coordinating role/s
- Proactively and not shy to be hands-on
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- WWCC or willing to obtain one
- ust be able to pass a Police Check
