Skad Real Estate West is actively seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their West Team as a Sales Associate. This role is ideal for someone eager to kickstart a career in real estate, with a focus on Melbourne's western suburbs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in database prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and letterbox drops.
- Assist with home appraisals, open homes, and private inspections.
- Build relationships with vendors and buyers, conduct market research, and assist in developing marketing materials.
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties to ensure a smooth sales campaign process.
- Possession of a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service ethos with excellent follow-up.
- A focused, driven, and motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with impeccable attention to detail.
- High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
